In 1999, a man by the name of Burch Wallace, known as the Cowboy Scientist, decided that he wanted to make a strand of beef that combined a Jersey cow with Wagyu cattle.

It took until now to get it right. But get it right he did. We are excited to offer Americans true American Wagyu Beef at a price that’s closer to Prime. We did this because we believe that everyone should have access to better beef.

making it silky and smooth but with a bit of a chew - a delicate but hearty bite that’ll keep you coming back for more.
